Delete your account

You can delete your CUPPERLØG account and its data at any time, directly in the app. Here is how, and exactly what happens to your data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open CUPPERLØG and sign in.
2. Open the menu, go to Settings, then tap Account.
3. Find Delete account and tap it.
4. Confirm on the “Delete Account?” prompt. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you can’t open the app

Email support@cupperlog.com from the contact email on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm it’s you and remove it for you.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following from our cloud servers and from your device:

• your account and sign-in details (username, contact email, display name);
• every diary entry, including any photos and notes;
• saved collections and block templates;
• your profile and achievement progress;
• any coffee events you host, and your entries and answers in events you joined.

What is kept

Feedback you chose to send us may be retained in anonymized form only — it is no longer linked to your account or identity. Nothing else about you is kept.

Retention period

Your personal data is deleted immediately when you confirm, with no additional retention period (aside from the anonymized feedback noted above). This action cannot be reversed.
